VOW starts with a simple evening decision: what needs to get done the next day? Write your plan, choose your critical tasks, and select the apps that tend to distract you. When your plan is active and Screen Time protection is enabled, VOW shields those apps until you mark all critical tasks complete.

Your daily vow
Plan today or tomorrow in your own words. Separate critical work from optional tasks, then review and commit your plan before blocking begins.

Space to focus
Shield individually selected apps while a plan is active. Start a focus timer for a task, and keep an emergency manual unlock available when you need it.

Stored on your device
VOW has no separate sign-in and no ads. Plans and task details are stored on your device. Apple Screen Time permission is required for app blocking.
Completion is self-reported; recorded timer time is not verification that a task was completed.
Subscription
VOW requires a subscription to use its planning and protection features. Choose a monthly or annual plan after completing setup. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day trial; Apple shows the actual eligibility, localized price, renewal date, and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple Account subscription settings. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. If membership ends, VOW retains local plans and removes its app restrictions.
